Our staff and Board of Directors work closely to advance our mission. Bringing a business-management approach to improve health care systems, we work directly with primary health care facilities—where over 90% of all medical consultations in Rwanda take place—to have the most impact. Together, we partner with and empower local communities to improve the quality of their health care.

All Rwandan, we develop trust and confidence because we understand the special uniqueness of our country, our culture, our languages and our people. Staff works closely with local partners to ensure the solutions are appropriate and sustainable for each community. They provide a range of professional expertise, including clinical medicine, public health, finance, and information technology.
