Gyslene has over 12 years of experience in financial management, business advisory, budgeting, administration, human resources, and strategic financial planning across development and operational environments. She has a proven track record of supporting organizational performance through robust financial oversight, accurate reporting, and enjoys making sense of numbers and turning them into clear, useful insights that support better decision-making and organizational performance.

Before joining Health Builders, Gyslene was a Senior Financial Advisory Specialist at One Acre Fund, providing strategic guidance, strengthening financial controls, and partnering with operational teams to enhance sustainability. She now serves as Director of Administration and Finance at Health Builders, leading financial and administrative operations to drive efficiency and strategic impact.

Gyslene holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA in Project Management, and is currently pursuing the ACCA qualification.
