Addressing Cardiovascular Disease in Underserved Communities
On 28th May 2025, The Health Builders team witnessed first-hand the early progress of our Community Health Programme, designed to address hidden cardiovascular disease in underserved communities.

We were proud to reconnect with the Rwanda Biomedical Center and the Ministry of Health to explore sustainable approaches to health equity, and to visit Masaka District Hospital, where our joint efforts are helping to drive tangible improvements in the health system.
A highlight of the trip was learning more about the work of HealthTech Hub Africa, where over 100 African innovators are shaping the future of healthcare by developing accessible, affordable, and scalable digital solutions.
These experiences reaffirm that progress is made when partnerships are built on trust, innovation, and shared commitment. A big thank you to our local team and all our partners for their continued collaboration and leadership.
