Radegonde Ndejuru

Radegonde Ndejuru retired since February 2023 from her role as Senior Advisor to the First Lady of Rwanda, a position she held since 2015. Prior to this, she served as Director General of the Imbuto Foundation, a non-profit organization established in 2001 to support the development of a healthy, educated and prosperous Rwandan society.
Radegonde holds a Nursing Baccalaureate from the University of Rwanda and a Master’s degree in Community Health from the University of Montreal in Canada. She is also a trained psychotherapist, having completed specialized training in Montreal.
With over 30 years of experience in project management, Radegonde has worked with underserved communities in Rwanda, Montreal, Guinee Bissau, and Ivory Coast, addressing social and health challenges through root-cause analysis and sustainable solutions. Her work focuses on empowering vulnerable populations and fostering community-driven development.
She remains actively engaged in initiatives that promote community well-being and social impact, reflecting her enduring commitment to service and development.
