Jules Maurice Mugisha is an experienced Software Engineer/Developer with a passion for developing innovative solutions that expedites the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational success. Prior joining Health Builders, he worked as head of engineering and customer relations at SAWA developers. He is well-versed in technology and writing code to create systems that are reliable and user-friendly. Jules Maurice is a holder of a master’s degree in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University. He is passionate about research and supporter of health equity promotion through research.
