Dr. Catarina Dolsten

Dr. Catarina R. Dolsten specializes in executive leadership coaching, organizational development and change management consulting. Catarina has experience within healthcare, biotech, tech, non-profit and the financial services sectors, working with industry-leading institutions to deliver performance-based results. Catarina received her coaching certificate from New York University and holds a Master in Organizational Development and Change Management from the Teachers College at Columbia University. Catarina is a licensed Medical Doctor in Sweden and holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Economics, completing both at Lund’s University, Sweden. Prior to executive coaching, Catarina developed and implemented programming to maximize organizational efficiency on a global scale, coaching and leading teams to achieve tangible results within maternal and child health, using methods such as e-health. Catarina serves as a Board Director at Health Builders.
