Why do you like working for Health Builders?

"The Health Builders’ diverse team, have led to my personal and professional growth in such short time through their approach of internal capacity building. For me, it has been a dream to work in an organization that focus on health system strengthening mainly in the rural areas. Thanks to Health Builders’ theory of change, that gave me insight on the importance of individual coaching which  facilitates in gaps and challenges identification."
