Lisa Aguilera del Puerto

Lisa Aguilera del Puerto is an attorney with almost 20 years’ experience in New York City real estate, representing clients from around the world. Her diverse background includes working at government agencies and in media, and as general counsel for an international management consulting firm, establishing corporate policy, drafting and negotiating multi-national consulting, intellectual property, and employment agreements. Recently she served as Vice President at Morgan Stanley in the Global Market Risk Management Department charged with ensuring that the department’s risk governance and oversight were compliant with regulatory guidelines and best practices, and as Assistant General Counsel at Urban Resource Institute, a nonprofit that shelters homeless families, domestic violence survivors, and their pets. Currently she manages real estate investments throughout the United States.

In addition to her work with Health Builders, Lisa is on the board of COAC, an organization that provides supportive services to families throughout NYC. She is a graduate of Smith College and earned her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law. Lisa lives in Brooklyn, NY with her family and spends her free time skiing in the winter, going to the theater, reading, and traveling.
