Nancy Reynolds Board Chair
Nancy Reynolds has 25 years of experience across eight countries in education, leadership, and clinical nursing, and has taught applied nursing skills in developing country hospital settings. Ms. Reynolds is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and holds a Masters of Science in Nursing Education from Georgetown University. She is currently enrolled in a post-masters Certificate in Infectious Diseases from the University of London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Ms. Reynolds is the Chairperson of YPO’s Rwanda Action Forum, which works with the Government of Rwanda on business investment and development. Nancy’s interests are hiking, reading, and exploring other cultures. She currently lives in London with her husband while her three sons, daughter-in-law, and grandson reside between the US and the UK.
Dr Céline Audibert has over 15 years of experience in market research and business intelligence in the healthcare industry. She currently works for the Deerfield Institute, out of their Swiss office in Lausanne, where she focuses on all primary and secondary market research activities for Europe and provides support to the US team. Prior to joining Deerfield, Céline was Global Head of Business Intelligence, Fertility and Endocrinology at Merck Serono for three years, and headed the European Healthcare Department of the international market research agency SKIM for five years. Céline holds a PhD in Microbiology and a MBA in Business Administration from Poitiers University, France.
Trained as a physician and public health specialist, Daniel Ngamije currently serves as National Programme Officer in charge of Malaria and Neglected Tropical diseases for the World Health Organization (WHO) in Rwanda. He has more than 23 years of ¬working experience cumulatively in different areas of the health sector, serving as a clinician, health district and health regional manager, and health projects manager). Before joining the WHO, Dr Daniel worked for 10 years in health financing resources mobilisation, supported implementation of health programs, and coordinated several implementers receiving project funds on behalf of the Ministry of Health and Rwanda Biomedical Center chief budget managers. These health programs encompassed areas including health system strengthening, reproductive health, and infectious diseases
Stephen Ineget is the current in-country director for KPMG Rwanda. He holds a Bachelor’s of Commerce and Accounting from Makerere University Kampala as well as an MBA from Edinburgh Business School-Heriot Watt University. Stephen’s previous work includes conducting audits in Denver, Colorado, serving as the chair of his church development committee, and engaging in motivational speaking events.
Dr. Catarina R. Dolsten specializes in executive leadership coaching, organizational development and change management consulting. Catarina has experience within healthcare, biotech, tech, non-profit and the financial services sectors, working with industry-leading institutions to deliver performance-based results. Catarina received her coaching certificate from New York University and holds a Master in Organizational Development and Change Management from the Teachers College at Columbia University. Catarina is a licensed Medical Doctor in Sweden and holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Economics, completing both at Lund’s University, Sweden. Prior to executive coaching, Catarina developed and implemented programming to maximize organizational efficiency on a global scale, coaching and leading teams to achieve tangible results within maternal and child health, using methods such as e-health. Catarina serves as a Board Director at Health Builders.

Christi Strauss is currently a member of several corporate and not-for-profit boards and she is learning the art of social entrepreneurship. In her corporate roles, Christi had a 25+ year packaged goods career with General Mills (GMI). Her last assignment (from 2006-2012) was as President and CEO of Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW), a 50/50 joint venture between General Mills and Nestlé. In that role, she was based in Switzerland and responsible for a nearly $2 billion global cereal business with 4000 employees and distribution to more than 140 countries. Before that role, she was President of General Mills Canada from 1996-2006. Today, in addition to her role with Health Builders, she is also a board member of George Weston Limited (based in Toronto) and Social Venture Partners Minnesota. She splits her time between Minneapolis, Minnesota and Muskoka Lakes (Canada) and her interests are social entrepreneurship, reading and travel (with a particular focus on Africa).
Working as an entrepreneur for over four decades, John Tyler has expertise in investment and management strategies. He currently works as the Managing Member and Chief Financial Adviser for Blue Eagle, LLC and also owns the commercial real estate firm, Cherry Creek Partners, LLC. John has held numerous board positions, with an extensive background in investment planning, trust management, and business development. Married for over 45 years with three daughters and seven grandchildren, John is a former marathoner who enjoys golf, skiing and the Colorado outdoor lifestyle.
Lisa Aguilera del Puerto
Lisa Aguilera del Puerto is an attorney with almost 20 years’ experience as a New York City real estate attorney. She represented clients from around the world and often conducted closings in Spanish. Her diverse background includes working at government agencies and in media, and a position as general counsel for an international management consulting firm, establishing corporate policy for the company, drafting and negotiating multi-national consulting, intellectual property and employment agreements. Currently she is a vice president at Morgan Stanley in the Global Market Risk Management Department. She is charged with ensuring that the department’s risk governance and oversight are compliant with regulatory guidelines and best practices. Lisa is a graduate of Smith College and earned her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law. Lisa lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband of almost 20 years and two teenage children. She spends her free time skiing in the winter, going to the theater, reading, and traveling.
